3 Signs You Need a Confidence Boost

3 Signs You Need a Confidence Boost | Everyday with CEA | Confidence for Women

If you follow me on Instagram, you see me talk a lot about confidence and getting a confidence boost. And I’ve shared with the email list that I recently opened spots for confidence coaching. While I want my blog to still cover a range of topics, I want to incorporate confidence, too, because I believe that confidence, wellness, and mental health are all directly related. So, there will be more posts about confidence starting, well, now. To start, how do you know that you even need to think about your confidence? I’m glad you asked :). Here are some things to think about:

3 Signs You Need a Confidence Boost

Do you feel like you’re always being criticized?

Or no one has said a good job to you in a long time.

Or maybe you still haven’t done what you said you were going to do weeks ago?

Do you wish you could raise your confidence so you can return back to your old self? A  more vibrant go-getter and youthful you? Do you miss how you felt before the world told you who you should be?

Do you keep telling yourself you’ll do something like finally start that business…but months pass and then a few more months and you still haven’t done it?

Did any of these resonate with you? Nothing is “wrong with you” – instead – what if I told you you’re simply lacking confidence?

With more confidence, you can show up daily and make more connections, in your personal and work life.

That sounds amazing, right?

But how do you get this confidence boost?
