March feels like the longest month! I keep forgetting that there’s another week left which means I think Easter is this weekend. Luckily, we still have a week to plan our looks, haha. I like every holiday but Easter is definitely my favorite. It’s officially Spring, it’s a beautiful celebration at church, and of course there’s family time with food and the best candy. Halloween candy is good-but Easter candy is where it’s at.
Typically, I buy a new piece of clothing for holidays but for this one I’m going to make use of a dress I’ve only worn once and my denim jacket. I have a feeling it will still be chilly here in the Midwest so the jacket will be needed- but please cross your fingers for sun! And let’s hope I don’t need a Plan B that includes pants because I don’t know what top I would wear.

After my mouth surgery last month I haven’t been in the mood to get glammed up for a photo shoot. The weather hasn’t been cooperative and I don’t currently have a good indoor space to take pictures. BUT, I don’t want that to stop me from sharing some Easter outfit inspiration with you. I know there are other ladies out there that don’t want to splurge for a holiday outfit because they’re focused on paying down loans or are super busy and don’t have time to shop. This post is for you!
Easter Outfit Ideas
Like I mentioned earlier, I’ll be wearing a denim jacket with a black dress and sandals. I like these slides because they add some sparkle and can be dressed up or down.
Each of these items is under $50. Except for the floral dress, they’re all versatile. I had to include the floral though, because it’s everywhere for Spring and this print just screams “Easter” to me. The nude lace up ballet flats are perfect with it.
I think the white bell cuffed top would be darling with dark skinny jeans and the coral flats. What is it about coral in the springtime?
I don’t typically include purses with my blog looks but they add a lot to an outfit so I thought I should start. My everyday pursue is big and black – I much prefer a cute, light-colored, crossbody with any of these looks. Plus, I like taking a smaller purse for events or holidays so I don’t have so much to carry. OR to keep my hands free for the dish to pass I’m bringing.
